Watanabe Seitei (1851-1818) - Bijutsu sekai [The World of Art], vol. 18. Tokyo 1890-1894. 24,7 x 16 cm, 34 pp., 26 pp. with ill. in ink and colour. Good condition (yellowing due to age). The 25 vol. series “Bijutsu Sekai” introduces works of artists of the Meiji era such as Keinen, Bairei, Taki Katei and Seitei himself and Edo masters like Okyo and Utamaro. Mostly from paintings, the designs were transferred to woodblock prints. Good. Item #34
